Ed D’Agostino is a Partner with the firm and has been practising Law since 1992. Ed practices strictly Civil Litigation, with a focus on Commercial matters, including Construction Liens, Shareholder disputes, Real Estate, Contracts and Collection matters. In addition, Ed has developed a specialized practice in Personal Injury Litigation. Ed works closely with the Region’s Premier Boutique Corporate Commercial Law firm, McCarter Grespan Beynon Weir LLP.
Ed’s professional and Educational background in Chemistry and Industry supplements his wealth of legal experience which enables him to recommend pragmatic solutions to his clients, and represents them in Court, if necessary.
Ed has a deep commitment to our community and has done considerable volunteer work related to cycling and children. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kitchener-Waterloo Bilingual School and established the Victoria D'Agostino Children's Benefit Fund which recognizes Grade 6 students throughout the Region of Waterloo by awarding book prizes annually to those children who have made our community a better place. He is a past Chairman of the Region of Waterloo Cycling Advisory Committee and, for 20 years was the Race Director of Victoria's Duathlon, an annual run/cycle race.
