Edward L. D’Agostino
Ed D’Agostino is a partner with the firm and has been practicing law since 1992. He has extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation and personal injury. Since 1995, Ed has been Litigation Counsel to the premier boutique corporate commercial law firm in the Region, McCarter Grespan Beynon Weir LLP.
Ed’s background, which includes a degree in Chemistry and eleven years experience in industry, supplement his wealth of legal experience which enables him to either recommend pragmatic solutions or represent his clients at trial. Ed works closely with his assistant, Miriam Weber, to ensure that the clients’ concerns are addressed in a timely manner as efficiently as possible.
Ed has a deep commitment to our community and does considerable volunteer work related to cycling and children. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kitchener-Waterloo Bilingual School and helped found the Victoria D’Agostino Children’s Benefit Fund to recognize Grade 6 students throughout the Region of Waterloo by awarding book prizes to those children who have made our community a better place. He is a past Chairman of the Region of Waterloo Cycling Advisory Committee and is the Race Director for Victoria’s Duathlon, an annual run/cycle race since 1994.
